    Valve combination: plate type valve installed in made plate, plate after pipe connections, and integrated block function the same.

    Electric box: points two forms. A kind of setting external wire terminal board, another equipped with full set of control electric appliance.

    The working principle of hydraulic pump station: motor drive pump rotation, pump from the fuel tank of oil absorption oil supply, will be converted into mechanical energy of hydraulic oil pressure energy. Hydraulic oil through the integrated block (or valve combination) execute direction, pressure and flow control, through the external line to the hydraulic mechanical oil cylinder or oil motor, so as to control actuator direction transformation, the size of the strength and speed and promote all kinds of hydraulic machinery work done.

     

    Hydraulic pump station structure and main technical parameters:

    Structure: mainly motor - pump device structure form, installation position and cooling way to distinguish.

    According to the motor - pump device structure form, installation position can be divided into three types:

    1. Is placed on vertical: motor - pump device vertical installed in oil tank cover, mainly used for quantitative pump system.

    2. Placed on horizontal: motor - pump device installed in horizontal tank cover, mainly used for variable pump system, easy to flow control.

    3. Side set type: motor - pump device installed in horizontal tank side separate basis, side set type can be equipped with emergency motor - pump unit, mainly used for fuel tank capacity more than 250 litres, motor power greater than 7.5 kw system.

    According to the hydraulic pump station cooling mode can be divided into two kinds:

    1. Natural cooling: depend tank itself and air heat exchange cooling, are used for fuel tank capacity is less than 250 litres of system.

    2. Forced cooling: the cooler for forced cooling, are used for fuel tank capacity more than 250 litres of system.

    Main technical parameters: the tank effective oil reserve and motor power.

    Hydraulic pump station can be based on user requirements and according to condition conditions of use to do:

    1. According to system configuration integrated block.

    2. Can be set cooler, heater, accumulator.

    3. Can be set electric control device.

    L - structure forms: L = set vertical; W = placed on horizontal; B = side set type

    160 - fuel tank capacity (rise)

    E - pressure level: no mark = 6.3 MPa; E = 16 mpa; F = 21 mpa; H = 31.5 MPa

    D - oil pump type: D = single vane pump; S = double vane pump; B = variable vane pump, C = pump; Z = plunger pump

    2.2 - motor power (kw)

    G - loop connection forms: no mark = integrated block type; G = plate element line connection

    Mark example: motor - pump device is placed on vertical, fuel tank capacity 160 litres, using single vane pump, motor power 2.2 kw, working pressure 6.3 MPa integrated block type hydraulic pump station. Can be marked as: HLL160 - D2.2

    XHL series hydraulic pump station use adjustment points

    1. Hydraulic pump station oil and working conditions

    Recommend using 32 # and 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil. The most suitable oil temperature is 30 ~ 55 , when oil temperature below 15 or more than 60 when prohibit operation, to control the oil temperature can be prior heating or cooling. Hydraulic oil generally use 1 ~ 6 months should be replaced once, and cleaning tank, remove dirt dust. Hydraulic drive the most taboo oil dirty metamorphism, or dust paste in the oil absorption filter, produce noise aggravate, make the pump life is reduced, so to keep oil clean.

    2. The external control line into and valve control voltage

    External electrical control line by the electrical box introduced, please pay special attention to motor and oil pump should be turned to the direction of arrow mark. Electromagnetic valve control voltage: ac electromagnet is commonly ~ 220 v, dc electromagnet for 24 v, the control voltage must be shown with electromagnet signs of consistent. To take the memory element of the electromagnetic valve should be short time power on.

    3. The pump motor startup

    Hydraulic pump station of the oil pump motor start and other mechanical require light (unloading) start, for short after the operation, followed by loading work, in the ordinary circumstances, the work process should not be frequently rev., closed motor. In the low temperature start, we need to adjust the overflow valve for 1/2 rated pressure, again repeated inching motor, so that the overflow valve full overflow, give the hydraulic oil heating, wait for temperature to 20 or so, then operates normally. (the heater can be directly heating temperature)
